Our Story

My name is stu bloomstein and I have 30 years’ experience repairing pinball machines, My Son Ben joined me two years ago and is a perfect partner for me.

Ben is very detailed oriented and tests every aspect of the games to make sure they are working properly. Our specialty is to work as a team to refurbish the games to work as they would have when they were on location.

We don’t do any cosmetic restoration, but we do a complete cleaning of the machines and, replace any parts that are needed if available.

I started working on pinball machines at a very early age when my brother received a Bally Rocket III for his 10th birthday. A few years later a family friend gave us a ‘Bally Balls A Poppin’.

When I bought my first home in 1992 I retrieved both games from my parents’ house and that’s when my passion really took off. I was obsessed with finding and repairing games. My interest has always been more on the side of repairing the games rather than playing them.

Over the last 30 years I have repaired and collected all types of electromechanical arcade games from the 1930’s thru the 1980’s. I love the challenge and puzzle of fixing the games.

The electromechanical repairman is a dying trade. There are very few good ones left. Most people that repaired these games for a living have passed away, and the few that are still living are not doing it anymore. Ben and I hope to be servicing the Hobby for the next 30 years or so. We will take on most any challenge and fix your games for you and hope to bring new life and energy to the hobby!
